French Country Glam Kitchen Design
This freshly renovated kitchen in New Hampshire is a balanced mash up of modern and French country farmhouse and I am so thankful I got to be apart of it. First and foremost, this kitchen was a vision of the homeowner who hand picked all the products and details. I am such a fan of this beautiful kitchen I had to write a blog detailing all the unique details of this design that I loved!
If you are local to New Hampshire and thinking of starting your own kitchen remodel please check out the bottom of the page for information on the contractors and local businesses involved in this project, including myself!
Tile Work on the Island & Full Height Tile Backsplash
Absolutely LOVE this detail. Pulling in the backsplash tile on sections of the island was a great way to add visual interest to this kitchen. The home owner selected White Carrara Marble Lantern Mosaic tile backsplash from Lowe’s as her first inspiration piece for this design and it became her muse for all of the other details. While she opted for a polished finish on these tiles, they are available in honed if you want a less reflective tile.
Choosing your backsplash tile first is a great way to make selecting the rest of the details in your design easier.
Carrying the tile past the window frame makes the room feel larger and adds additional visual interest to the space.
Traditional French Details
The Tear Drop light fixtures and the plush Pom Pom pillows add to the airy, rustic-elegance of this kitchen. The taller barstools in this design were repurposed from bar stools the home owner had on hand and the pillow covers and light fixtures were purchased from Amazon and Overstock.com
Now this is the amount of detail I am talking about! If you aren’t putting this much thought into your design, then you will not have the curated touches that pull the whole thing together! These beautiful old world knobs can be found at Wayfair.com and they are offered in many different finishes.
These cabinet pulls were selected from a local store here in Concord, NH- The Ultimate Kitchen and Bath store. I am fortunate enough to work closely with them and can offer special client pricing to my clients on their endless selection of hardware, accessories, and fixtures from top brands in the industry like Top Knobs.com To find out more about this offer please contact me at email@example.com

Custom Statuario Quartz Countertops
Quartz is a great stone choice for kitchen countertops if you want something that looks like a marble without the demand and high maintenance tendencies of marble. This Statuario Quartz, fabricated by Quality Granite and Cabinetry in Concord, NH is a beautiful white stone with subtle grey and bluish grey veining throughout.
