WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

In Home Design Consultation

One hour in home design meeting to discuss the goals for your space.

Our team will take all necessary site measurements at this time for build plans.

Digital Design Development

Virtual design review meeting to discuss initial design concepts and mood boards. Live edits to design concepts will be made at this time and final design concepts will be used for design build drawings.

Material Review Meeting

Home Edit will hand select finishes for your space based on your design style and tastes. We will then meet at Home Edit 603’s showroom and design center to review tangible materials for your project, view virtual 3D renderings of design finish options and make final selections.

Design Package for Your Build Team

Once we have finalized the design and materials all the details are compiled into a complete build package in PDF form that includes floorplans, layouts and elevations, material specifications, and 3D renderings. Our design packages ensure all the details for your design are communicated effectively to your build team, reducing unforeseen costs and scope creep throughout the build. This final deliverable can be used by you or your contracting team throughout project execution.

Material Purchasing and Delivery

If you choose for us to source from trade vendors, this service includes a design coordinator to complete any orders. Applicable materials can be hand delivered to your job site while larger materials may require showroom pick up by client or contractor. Trade discounts are available to clients on all applicable materials.
